At Feed To Fit, our workouts are lean and mean – giving you maximum results in minimum time. We’re talking 20 minutes flat. They’re founded on two new concepts that have been taking off across the Asia-Pacific and Europe: Fatburn Extreme® and GameFit®.
Here’s how they work. Each is a fixed, 20-minute session focusing on bodyweight exercises, designed to push you to the limit. At maximum intensity, work till you can’t, rest only to recover, then go again, till the time is up. The science behind this is based on the principle of ‘overload’. In simple terms, it means giving the body a greater stress, or load, than it’s accustomed to – in order to increase fitness. As your body adjusts to existing workouts, we’ll change them up with multiple, more complex variations to keep you on your toes. You’ll find yourself able to work harder and harder to keep improving.
